Beyond physical office infrastructure, the company provides essential ecosystem and allied services, which include food and beverages through Awfis Café, IT infrastructure support, concierge services, event hosting, and complete facility management solutions via Awfis Care. To cater to premium corporate demands, particularly for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and multi-national corporations, Awfis introduced specialized sub-brands, Awfis Gold and Awfis ELITE, which offer Grade-A+ assets with premium global-grade designs and dedicated service layers. Financially, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, Awfis reported a consolidated revenue of ₹1,207 crore and a net profit of ₹68 crore, demonstrating a significant financial turnaround and positive growth trajectory.
