The company's corporate governance and strategic execution are led by Chairman and Managing Director Deepak Chimanlal Mehta alongside his son, Maulik Deepak Mehta, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. To sustain its growth trajectory, DNL actively pursues backward and forward integration strategies, transitioning from commodity chemicals to high-value specialty intermediates. This expansion is supported by its wholly owned subsidiaries, notably Deepak Phenolics Limited and Deepak Chem Tech Limited. Adhering to the "Triple P" philosophy of People, Planet, and Profit, DNL is committed to sustainable chemical manufacturing. The company is one of the few Indian entities accredited with the global Responsible Care certification, reflecting its focus on high standards in environmental management, safety protocols, and corporate social responsibility through its CSR wing, the Deepak Foundation.
