Founded in 1990 by Dr. Murali K. Divi and headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, the company has established itself as a critical player in the global pharmaceutical supply chain. The company operates through three primary business segments: Generic APIs, Custom Synthesis (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization - CDMO services), and Nutraceuticals.
