Financially, GradRight is a venture-backed startup currently positioned in its Series A growth phase. In August 2023, the platform secured INR 50 crore (approximately $6.7 million USD) in a Series A funding round led by institutional investor IvyCap Ventures. This capital influx was strategically allocated to enhance the platform’s underlying artificial intelligence capabilities, support global expansion efforts, and scale internal infrastructure. Operationally, the company is led by its co-founders—CEO Aman Singh, an educational sector specialist with over twenty years of experience setting up premier Indian universities, and COO Sasidhar Sista, a BITS Pilani alumnus and Fulbright Scholar with extensive experience in tech startups.
