Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (IMAGICAA), formerly known as Adlabs Entertainment Limited, is a leading Indian entertainment and leisure company that pioneered world-class theme parks in the South Asian subcontinent. Incorporated in February 2010 and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company develops and operates premier theme-based entertainment destinations, integrating immersive family entertainment, hospitality, retail, and dining experiences. The company's flagship asset is "Imagicaa," a massive integrated entertainment hub spread over an aggregate area of 138 acres in Khopoli, Maharashtra. Strategically situated along the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, the destination enjoys proximity to two of India's wealthiest metropolitan hubs, providing access to a catchment area of over 30 million people. The flagship Khopoli property comprises a Theme Park, Water Park, Snow Park, and a 5-star hotel, Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli. The Theme Park features 25 international-standard rides and attractions spread across six themed zones, including India's largest floorless roller coaster, "Nitro," and simulated experiences like "I for India" and "Mr. India - The Ride." The Water Park offers 14 high-speed slides and wave pools, while the Snow Park stands as one of India's largest indoor snow destinations. Complementing the entertainment zones, the 287-room Novotel Imagicaa hotel serves as a resort basecamp equipped with specialty restaurants, a gym, and large banquet facilities. Imagicaaworld operates through multiple business segments, including Tickets, Food and Beverage, Merchandise, Rooms, and Other Operations. Ticket sales from its parks generate the majority of its revenues, supplemented by non-ticketing streams such as park restaurants, retail merchandise shops selling proprietary brand IPs, and hotel accommodations. A major corporate turning point occurred in FY2023 when Malpani Parks Indore Private Limited, part of the diversified Malpani Group, acquired the company under a debt resolution plan. Under this new leadership, Imagicaaworld transitioned toward an asset-light, synergy-driven growth model. The company expanded its geographic footprint by integrating established regional properties, including Wet'n Joy in Lonavala and Sai Teerth in Shirdi. In August 2025, the company accelerated its expansion into Western India via the acquisition of Malpani Parks Ahmedabad Private Limited, securing 34 acres of land intended for India's largest waterpark. Financially, Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited is publicly traded on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) under the ticker IMAGICAA. Following its acquisition and a subsequent capital infusion of ₹345 crore via preferential issues, the company experienced a strong post-pandemic recovery. For the fiscal year 2025, driven by record overall footfalls of 2.7 million across its expanded park portfolio, the company reported a 52% year-on-year surge in consolidated operations revenue to ₹410 crore, alongside a net profit of approximately ₹77-78 crore. Managed by a leadership team that includes Managing Director Jai Manish Malpani and CEO Dhimant Bakshi, the company employs over 700 personnel as it scales its modern entertainment infrastructure.
