The Project Engineering Division focuses on the complex engineering, design, supply, installation, and commissioning of cryogenic and non-cryogenic air separation units (ASUs), nitrogen plants, vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) systems, and specialized gas distribution networks. This division operates manufacturing facilities for cryogenic vessels, distillation columns, and vaporizers, servicing external third-party projects as well as fulfilling internal infrastructure requirements. Notably, the company operates more than 35 facilities across India, including the country's largest air separation plant, and recently expanded commercial production at a massive ASU facility in Kalinganagar, Odisha, to feed Jindal Stainless Limited's metallurgical operations. Financially, Linde India Limited is publicly listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) under the ticker LINDEINDIA. The BOC Group Limited (UK) maintains a dominant 75% promoter stake in the company. For the trailing twelve months, the company posted a solid operational performance with revenues of approximately INR 2,531 crore to INR 2,857 crore and an annual profit exceeding INR 434 crore. Led by global managing leadership including Sanjiv Lamba and local executives, Linde India maintains a virtually debt-free balance sheet and a strong emphasis on sustainability, matching its parent company's mission to drive clean energy initiatives, leverage hydrogen technologies, and advance decarbonization solutions across the industrial sectors it services.
