Luxoft, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DXC Technology, is a prominent global digital strategy and software engineering firm providing bespoke technology solutions that drive digital transformation for multinational corporations worldwide. Founded in 2000 in Moscow, Russia, the company has since transitioned its global operations and is currently headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. Luxoft was acquired by the U.S.-based Fortune 500 IT services company DXC Technology in June 2019 in a transaction that combined Luxoft's front-end digital capabilities with DXC's deep expertise in IT modernization and integration. Under the leadership of President and CEO Raul Fernandez, Luxoft operates as a critical digital engineering arm within the broader DXC family. The company has established an extensive international footprint, maintaining a presence in over 21 countries and spanning more than 40 cities across five continents. Its global delivery network features prominent offices and development centers in countries such as the United States, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, India, Singapore, Ukraine, and Serbia. Luxoft employs a highly skilled, agile global workforce of nearly 18,000 people. Geographically, it caters to a diverse, premium client base consisting of more than 425 global corporations. Some of its notable historical and current clients include major industry leaders such as Boeing, IBM, Deutsche Bank, UBS, Harman, Avaya, Alstom, Sabre, Ford, and Hotwire. Luxoft's core service offerings encompass strategic consulting, custom software development, mobile application development, data analytics, cloud services, intelligent automation, and user experience design. The firm leverages its deep domain knowledge to serve several key verticals, specializing heavily in financial services, automotive, travel and hospitality, healthcare, life sciences, media, and telecommunications. Within the automotive sector, Luxoft has significantly expanded its capabilities in data-driven development, testing, and validation of Autonomous Drive and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (AD/ADAS) for advanced vehicle functions. This capability was further bolstered by strategic expansions, including the 2020 acquisition of CMORE Automotive, an independent services provider dedicated to AI-driven mobility systems. Prior to its complete integration into DXC Technology, Luxoft was publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange and reported a consolidated revenue of US$906.8 million for the fiscal year 2018. In response to geopolitical shifts, particularly the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, Luxoft strongly condemned the aggression, announced its absolute support for Ukraine, and strategically exited the Russian market by selling its legacy Russian business operations to IBS Holding. Today, the company remains highly regarded for its premier engineering talent, complex project management capabilities, and client-focused agility, helping global enterprises successfully thrive in complex, rapidly shifting technology landscapes.
