In 2016, the global private equity major Blackstone Group acquired the majority stake from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and today Blackstone remains the primary promoter, holding approximately 39.85% ownership. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the company reported a consolidated revenue of INR 14,484 crore (approximately 1.5 billion US dollars), an operating income of INR 2,260 crore, and a net income of INR 1,702 crore.
