Its major international operations are conducted through key subsidiaries, including Sundram Fasteners (Zhejiang) Limited in China and Cramlington Precision Forge Limited in the United Kingdom. Domestic subsidiaries include TVS Upasana Limited and TVS Next Limited, the latter providing enterprise IT solutions. SFL also prioritizes sustainability, focusing on non-conventional energy initiatives through its subsidiary, Sundram Non-Conventional Energy Systems Limited. Financially, the company has maintained steady growth. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, SFL reported a consolidated total income of INR 6,368.25 crore and a net profit of INR 592.85 crore, rising from an income of INR 5,983.74 crore and a net profit of INR 541.75 crore in the previous fiscal year.
