The Customer and Product teams support commercial operations by collaborating with buyers and category managers, focusing on product induction, supply chain administration, and translation services. Additionally, the Property team assists in the life cycle of retail real estate—from acquiring and designing to building and maintaining stores globally. TBS is strongly anchored to an Intelligent Business Solutions model that heavily leverages data science, advanced automation, and continuous improvement (CI). Its Enterprise Analytics practice features a dedicated team of over 150 applied data scientists and problem solvers skilled in applied mathematics, statistics, and algorithm building to guide group-wide business decisions. Its in-house Technology team includes specialized software engineers focused on user experience (UX/UI), infrastructure, security, and digital transformation.
