The Good Glamm Group is a prominent technology-driven content-to-commerce conglomerate primarily operating in the beauty, personal care, and wellness sectors. Formally established in September 2021 through a series of strategic mergers and acquisitions, the company evolved from MyGlamm, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) makeup brand originally founded in 2015 by Darpan Sanghvi. Headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India, the group was co-founded by Darpan Sanghvi (who serves as CEO), Priyanka Gill (founder of POPxo), and Naiyya Saggi (founder of BabyChakra). The company pioneered a unique business model that integrates content, community, and commerce to minimize customer acquisition costs and drive direct-to-consumer sales. This ecosystem operates across four primary divisions: - Good Brands Co: Manages a diverse portfolio of D2C beauty and personal care brands, including MyGlamm, The Moms Co, Sirona, St. Botanica, and Organic Harvest. - Good Media Co: Operates major digital content and media platforms such as POPxo, ScoopWhoop, Tweak India, MissMalini Entertainment, and BabyChakra, reaching over 200 million users. - Good Creator Co: Functions as a tech-enabled influencer marketing and talent management platform, tracking and collaborating with over 1.5 million creators. - Good Community: Focuses on building digital networks where consumers can discuss personal care, parenting, and wellness trends. This multi-brand architecture allows the company to leverage its media assets as a marketing funnel, turning digital content readers and community members into e-commerce buyers. The group offers an extensive product catalog featuring over 800 stock keeping units (SKUs) spanning cosmetics, skincare, intimate hygiene, and baby care products, with an emphasis on clean, vegan, and cruelty-free formulas. The Good Glamm Group achieved significant growth through an aggressive acquisition strategy, completing around 12 acquisitions of D2C brands and media platforms within its first two years. In November 2021, the group entered the unicorn club after securing a $150 million Series D funding round, which placed its valuation at approximately $1.2 billion. To date, the company has raised over $352 million across multiple funding rounds from prominent global institutional investors, including L'Occitane, Accel, Amazon, Prosus Ventures, Warburg Pincus, and Bessemer Venture Partners. In addition to its widespread digital and e-commerce footprint, the group maintains a robust omnichannel presence, expanding to tens of thousands of physical points of sale across major Indian cities. The company has also initiated international expansion into markets such as the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Singapore, and the United States—the latter highlighted by a notable joint venture with tennis star Serena Williams to launch the brand Wyn Beauty.
