Yatra Online Limited, commonly known as Yatra, is a leading Indian online travel agency and travel search engine headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. Founded in August 2006 by Dhruv Shringi, Manish Amin, and Sabina Chopra, the company has grown from a three-member startup into one of India's most prominent travel service providers. Yatra serves both leisure and business travelers, offering a comprehensive suite of services including domestic and international air ticketing, hotel bookings, homestays, holiday packages, bus and rail ticketing, and cab bookings. As of early 2024, Yatra stands as India's largest corporate travel services provider, catering to over 800 large corporate customers and approximately 50,000 SME customers. This dominant position in the B2B sector is a key differentiator for the company, supported by a specialized self-booking tool for corporate entities. In the consumer segment, Yatra is recognized as the third-largest online travel company in India by gross booking revenue.
